Description
Exclusively designed and made for Westminster Abbey this window sticker features the coat of arms of St Edward the Confessor. The cross with five golden Martlets can be seen in many places in the Abbey and as a tribute to its founder also appears in the coat of arms for Westminster Abbey. Interestingly this coat of arms was never actually used by St Edward the Confessor himself as heraldry did not exist at that time. This design is said to have come later and from the reverse of a coin dated from during Edwards reign. Each window sticker is made in the UK and gives the appearance of stained glass.
