Description
In 2019 a new icon was commissioned to celebrate the 750th Anniversary of St Edward the Confessor's translation into the shrine which forms the spiritual heart of Westminster Abbey. The icon was written by the Orthodox Russian iconographer Archimandrite Zinon using egg tempera on a lime board and framed in oak. This hand made wooden replica is a faithful reproduction of the original and includes a hook on the back for hanging on the wall.
- Measures: H17cm X W12cm X D2cm.
