You get £1 off for every 100 points earnt

Membership is FREE and you get money off your orders with more points that you earn

How do I redeem points?

Points are tied to your account - you must be logged into your account to redeem the points. Click the 'Rewards' button at the bottom left-hand side of your screen (desktop) or click on 'Rewards' in the mobile navigation menu and you will see your unique discount code to apply at checkout

How do I know how many points I currently have?

Login to your account here and click the 'Rewards' button at the bottom left-hand side of your screen (desktop) or click on 'Rewards' in the mobile navigation menu to see how many points you've earnt

Do my points have an expiry date?

Yes, your points earnt will expire 12 months after you received them

Can I use my points alongside my 10% first order discount code?

No, points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code

Can I redeem and earn points from in-store purchases?

No, our loyalty programme is online only. You can only earn points from online purchases and redeem them online

I returned part of my order, will the loyalty points I used be put back onto my account?

Unfortunately, you will not receive points back for a partial refund

How does the referral programme work?

Login to your account and click the rewards button to find your unique referral link. Send the link to your friends and as long as they purchase through your link we can link their purchase with you. You receive a £5 discount code for your next purchase when they spend over £30+ and they get a £5 discount too!
